| The annual meetings is decided to take place in that country that also hold the chairmanship. It is decided that, to avoid having the expence holding it twice, the chairmanship shall rotate clockwise yearly. So an estimated line will be in this order: 2010 - Denmark If one country, is not able to hold the annual meeting, it could be held elsewhere (by agreement) or chairmanship passes on to the next in line or find a substitute.
